YMCA - Tuesdays at 7pm
Ben is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and has been practicing yoga since 2020. With a teaching lineage to B.K.S. Iyengar, Ben's approach is to focus on meeting your body where it is currently, allowing each individual to challenge the body while also challenging the mind, finding comfort in the uncomfortable.
Bringing the “union” between mind, body, and spirit, Ben has also created a book club for anyone curious on the roots of yoga and other likeminded philosophies. Usually only reading a chapter or two at a time, we give ourselves enough time to digest the material and find jewels of wisdom to journal on. Curious about learning more? Kettlebell Cardio
YMCA - Thursdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 9am
Built from the ground up, Kettlebell Cardio is an amazing class for anyone looking to up their Kettlebell game, or at least add some diversity to their own workouts! Whether you’re completely new to kettlebells, or have some experience already, this 30 to 40 minute class is sure to add a little fire to your day while building on the skills necessary to seize the day.
All you need to bring is your body and something to drink, as we set this class up in stations to provide variation and accessibility in sharing all of the volumes of kettlebells, and other weights we decide to use!
